Sothea Sambath, CEO of Auskhmer Import Export, shared how digital transformation affected the food, beverage and alcohol import/export sector, including using online platforms for supply chain management and virtual training and events. Gabriel Tan, Chief Communications Officer of Prince Holdings Group, explained leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT for content creation and marketing personalization based on data analytics.

Key takeaways were that digital transformation has enabled more effective business development through social media outreach, improved supply chain coordination, provided alternative channels to reach customers during lockdowns, facilitated remote training/events, and optimized content creation and marketing. But balancing utilization of new technologies while retaining core skills was noted as an important consideration. Expanding compliance capabilities and interactive AI were noted as future opportunities.
