Wegrow is born from a simple yet powerful fact: companies worldwide waste immense time and resources reinventing strategies that have already proven successful within other teams or regions.
Recognizing this inefficiency, Wegrow set out to bridge the gap by creating a platform that empowers organizations to seamlessly share, scale and implement best practices — driving efficiency, reducing costs and enhancing performance.

Turning experience into impact: The Wegrow Journey
Wegrow was founded by CEO Arnaud Sliwa Bliset in 2018, inspired by his personal experience as a Marketing Director for General Mills in Brazil. While working on the renowned ice cream brand Häagen-Dazs, Arnaud and his team launched a campaign that doubled the brand's market share despite limited resources.
However, this impactful best practice, which could have greatly benefited dozens of other markets, was never replicated. Frustrated by this inefficiency, Arnaud not only wished he could share his team's success but also access proven strategies from other markets to avoid reinventing the wheel. Motivated by this gap in knowledge-sharing, he created Wegrow to make best practices easily accessible and scalable across organizations.
